These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Ryno Lawn Care, LLC ("Ryno Lawn Care," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of rynolawncare.com and the lawn care, landscaping, and related services we provide. By using this website, requesting a quote, or accepting service from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

How These Terms Fit With Our Other Documents

These Terms cover the general legal relationship between us. The specifics of service — program terms and minimums, scheduling and weather, billing and payment methods, cancellation, and our service guarantee — are set out on our Policies page, and those policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Where these documents differ, the order of precedence is: (1) any written service agreement, quote, or proposal you have signed with us; (2) our Policies page; then (3) these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to request service or submit information through this website. By requesting service at a property, you represent that you own the property or are authorized by the owner to have the work performed and to authorize our crews to enter.

Services

We provide residential and commercial lawn care and landscaping services in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The services we offer, where we offer them, and the terms on which we offer them may change over time. We may decline or discontinue service at any property at our discretion.

Quotes and Estimates

A quote is based on the information you give us and on what we can observe of the property. Conditions that were not visible or disclosed at the time of the estimate may change the price or scope, and we will tell you before performing additional work. Prices shown on this website are starting points for typical properties and are not an offer; your price is the one stated in your quote or service agreement. Promotional offers apply only as described in the offer and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Service and Payment

By accepting a quote or allowing us to perform work, you agree to pay for the services performed on the terms stated in your agreement and on our Policies page. Accounts that remain unpaid may have service suspended, and we may recover reasonable costs of collection permitted by law. If you place a payment method on file for automatic payment, you authorize us to charge it for amounts due until you cancel that authorization in writing.

Financing, when offered, is provided by a third-party lender and is subject to that lender's approval and terms. Your financing agreement is between you and the lender, not with Ryno Lawn Care.

Property Access and Conditions

You are responsible for giving our crews safe access to the property on your service day and for disclosing conditions they cannot see. That includes marking or telling us about sprinkler heads, shallow irrigation lines, invisible fence wire, low-voltage lighting, septic components, and other buried or concealed items, and about anything needing special handling such as bee hives, ponds and fish, edible gardens, or pets kept outdoors. We take precautions, but we are not responsible for damage to items that were not disclosed or properly marked, for pre-existing property conditions, or for items left in the areas being serviced. If damage occurs during service, contact us promptly so we can inspect it and arrange repair; we do not reimburse repairs or estimates arranged with another company without our prior consent.

Where fertilizer, weed control, or pest control products are applied, they are applied according to label directions and applicable Texas regulations. Please observe the re-entry time stated on the service notice we leave, and tell us in advance of any chemical sensitivities in the household.

Communications

By giving us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about quotes, scheduling, service, and billing. If you consent to text messages, message and data rates may apply and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Use of This Website

The content on this site — text, photographs, graphics, logos, and layout — is owned by Ryno Lawn Care, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or use our content or brand for any other purpose without our written permission.

You agree not to use this site to transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the site's operation, collect information about other users, or submit false or fraudulent service requests.

Comments and Submissions

If you post a comment or send us content through the site, you are responsible for it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, edit for length or clarity, and remove it. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for any guarantee or warranty stated on our Policies page or in writing in your quote or agreement, our services and this website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Information on this site about lawns, grass types, watering, and plant care is general guidance, not a guarantee of results for your property.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Ryno Lawn Care, LLC and its owners, employees, and subcontractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ryno Lawn Care, LLC from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of this website, or your failure to disclose a property condition or hazard you were asked to disclose.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, drought or municipal watering restrictions, flooding, fire, utility or supply interruptions, labor shortages, equipment failure, or government action.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly — most concerns are settled with a phone call.

General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your service agreement without our written consent; we may assign ours in connection with a sale or transfer of our business. These Terms, together with your quote or service agreement, our Policies, and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding their subject matter.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our services or the law change. The effective date above shows when they were last revised, and the current version is always posted on this page. Continuing to use the site or accept service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
